A clear plan
before the building
Itazu turns a rough idea into a clear plan that any coding agent can build from. It asks the questions, and you make the decisions.
Free. Runs on your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Mistral key.
Imagine it has launched. Is this how you would announce it?
Class Booking
Members of a small yoga studio book and cancel classes in a tap. The owner sees who is coming, and nobody chases messages on a Sunday night.
Coding agents build what you say. They guess the rest.
Most ideas start as a sentence. An agent turns that sentence into code, and it fills every gap with a guess: who the product is for, what it leaves out, what counts as done, how it should look.
Itazu fills those gaps with your answers first.
You answer.
Itazu writes.
You never face a blank page. Itazu asks one question at a time, and each question is one you can answer from what you already know.

01
Bring an idea
One sentence is enough. If you already wrote notes, paste them, and Itazu fills in what they answer.
-
02
Pick, sort and correct
Each card offers choices, a draft to fix, or two options to compare. You can always type, but you never have to. “I don’t know yet” is an answer too.
-
03
Hand it to your agent
Download the build pack, put it in a new folder, and paste one prompt into your coding agent.
Four parts, one board
Everything Itazu learns goes on one board, beside the question. You watch the plan take shape as you answer.
The people
Who it is for, what they are trying to get done, and who may do what.
The pain
What hurts today, what changes when it works, how you will know, and what could go wrong.
The edges
What the first version does, what it leaves out, the rules it follows and the decisions behind them.
The look
How it looks and speaks: colours with checked contrast, type, screens, sketches and wireframes.
Each part grows from sketched to drawn to inked. Nothing is settled until you say it is right.
A build pack any agent can read
The build pack holds what a product, design, engineering and QA team would write before a build. Every file says what is agreed, what is a draft and what is still open.
The agent reads the pack, asks you about the open questions, and builds the first version one story at a time, with tests for each one.

Before a Japanese house goes up, the master carpenter draws the whole building on one wooden board: the grid, the pillars, the decisions that matter. Every carpenter can read it, and nobody cuts timber until it exists. That board is the itazu.

Itazu brings the questions.
